How do I access the workbook?

You will find the workbook link above. You either need to DOWNLOAD the workbook to fill it in digitally or print it to fill it in physically! 

What materials do I need for the event exercises? 

Have access to about 5 food items
A deck of playing cards OR 10 pieces of paper with RED or BLACK written on them
A piece of scrap paper & safe place to burn it
A quiet place to meditate
A notebook & pen
